of preparation. This wonderful dish requires only five ingredients and eliminates any preparatory steps

such as browning or pre-cooking; Simply mix and let the slow cooker work its magic. The result, ready

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs


1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup orange marmalade

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

Juice of 2 limes


We start by lightly coating the chicken legs with flour and removing the excess.


In another bowl, stir together orange marmalade, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice until well combined.

Place the chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.

Carefully pour the jam and Sriracha mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated.

Secure the slow cooker lid and cook on low for 4 hours.Stirring halfway through cooking is not

necessary, but it can help distribute the sauce evenly.

Once cooked, the chicken is tender, has a beautiful orange color and is ready to serve.
