Ingredients
or 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced or 1 cup sugar, divided
or 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
or 3 tablespoons orange juice
or 3 cups thick whipping cream, whipped

or 1 bar (10-3/4 ounces) frozen sponge cake, thawed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
or 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated
or Optional: chocolate curls and additional strawberries
How to make some strawberry cheesecake
In a bowl, strawberries mix with 1/2 cup sugar; put aside.

In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, orange juice and remaining sugar until smooth. Add whipped cream; put aside.Drain the strawberries and reserve the juice; Set the berries aside. Gently
mix the cake cubes with the reserved juice. Place half of the cake in a 4-quart container. small plate or serving bowl. Top with a third of the cream cheese mixture, half of the strawberries and half
of the grated chocolate.Repeat the layers. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Garnish with chocolate chips and strawberries if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
