You’ll love this Homemade Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole recipe with sausage, eggs, cheese, and of

course tater tots!

This dish was (and still is!) a hit every time I serve it. It consists of breakfast sausage, vegetables,

cheese, just condiments and of course tater tots. It’s incredibly easy, tasty, filling and simply


delicious.Since it contains no flour, it is an excellent option for anyone sensitive to gluten.


°2 pounds hot sausage °1 bag (30-32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots °1 teaspoon salt

°1/2 teaspoon pepper

°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ° 1/4 teaspoon onion powder ° 1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

°1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


°8 eggs

°2 cups milk

How to prepare the Tot-Tot breakfast casserole

. Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175°C or 350°F.

Add cooking spray to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Place a large skillet on the stove and heat over medium-high heat.


Add sausage and cook until crumbly and browned. Remove excess fat.In a bowl, add the sausage

hash browns, cheese and tater tots. My heart mixes well.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.

In another bowl, add eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Beat until well

mixed.Pour the mixture into the bowl with the tater tots mixture. stir until everything is well mixed.


Place in the preheated oven and bake for an hour until tender.

Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature for a few minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
