Watermelon Honey




– 1 huge watermelon



1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, expelling the seeds and rind.

2. Put the watermelon chunks in a blender or nourishment processor and mix until smooth.


3. Pour the pureed watermelon into a huge pot or pot and bring it to a bubble over medium-high


4. Once bubbling, decrease the warm to moo and let the watermelon stew for around 1-2 hours,

blending sometimes, until it has thickened to a jam-like consistency.

5. Keep an eye on the stick and blend more regularly as it thickens to avoid it from staying to the foot


of the pot.

6. Once the watermelon stick has thickened, expel it from the warm and let it cool completely.

7. Exchange the cooled stick into sterilized jugs or holders and store them in the refrigerator.

8. Appreciate your custom made sugar-free watermelon stick on toast, flapjacks, yogurt, or as a

topping for pastries!
