Instructions

Make the Marinade

Start by taking a medium-sized bowl and mixing all the ingredients for the marinade: garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, herb seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, white pepper, and salt.

Marinate the Steaks

Then, take a ziplock bag and put the steaks inside. Pour the marinade over the steaks and zip the bag shut. Gently massage the steak with the marinade in the ziplock bag.

Refrigerate the marinated steak for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor and tenderness.

Cook the Steaks

For cooking the steak, place a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add the steaks, let them sear for 5 to 8 minutes, then flip.

Cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes on the other side for browning. This timing will give you a medium to well-done steak.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then top with butter.
