Crockpot Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ cup beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter, cubed

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Prep the Steak
    Pat the steak cubes dry using paper towels to help them sear and soak up flavor better.

  2. Make the Marinade
    In a bowl, whisk together:

    • Soy sauce

    • Garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper

  3. Load the Crockpot
    Place steak bites in the slow cooker. Pour the marinade over and stir gently to coat all pieces.

  4. Add Butter & Cook
    Scatter butter on top. Cover and:
