Peanut Butter Cup French Toast Rolls
Golden, crispy, sweet, and stuffed with melty peanut butter & chocolate — the ultimate breakfast or dessert treat!
Ingredients:

8 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)

4 tbsp Nutella (or any chocolate spread)

4 tbsp creamy peanut butter

2 eggs

3 tbsp milk

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
-
Butter for frying
-
Melted peanut butter (for drizzling)

Instructions:

Prepare the filling:

Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin.

Spread peanut butter on one end and Nutella on the other (about 1 tsp each per slice).

Roll up tightly and set aside.

Dip the rolls:

In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

In another plate, mix cinnamon and sugar.

Cook:

Heat a nonstick skillet with a bit of butter.

Dip each roll in the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the pan.

Cook until all sides are golden and crisp.

Coat:

Roll the warm rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still hot.

Finish:

Drizzle generously with melted peanut butter.

Serve warm with a glass of milk or hot coffee.
