Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
For the Pasta:

1 lb ground beef

3 teaspoons olive oil

5–6 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta, cooked and drained
For the Cream Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth or pasta water

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Optional: ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
2. Sauté the Beef Mixture
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix to combine.

3. Make the Cream Sauce
Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth (or pasta water). Stir to combine and let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Combine Pasta & Sauce
Add the cooked bowtie pasta directly into the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and creamy.
5. Serve
Plate the creamy pasta and top with extra parmesan, chopped parsley, or a sprinkle of chili flakes if desired.
