No-Bake Fruit Cake



• 1 ready-made sponge cake or angel food cake (store-bought or homemade)

• Choose from an assortment of fruit (e.g. strawberry, wild blueberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple,



• 1 cup cream or creme

• 2-3 tablespoons fruit jam or jelly (optional, to taste)

• Add leaves or chopped mint to let cool stand (optional)


1. Break the biscuit or angel food cake into pieces and place in a single layer on a plate or platter.


2. Wash and prepare the fruit you want. Divide into equal parts if necessary.

3. Spread a layer of cream or whipped cream on the cake. 4. Divide the chopped hazelnuts over the

whipped cream. Stick to your plan and mix different fruits to show off the colors.

5. If desired, gently heat the fruit jam or jelly in the microwave for a few seconds until melted. Drizzle

berries over the fruit filling for a sweet and savory treat.
