Not only is it incredibly delicious, this Big Mac salad recipe is also super easy to make!
Basically, you cook the ground beef, shred everything else (it doesn’t have to be super clean), and then top it with
Big Mac sauce, aka Thousand Island dressing.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef 90/10

1 head iceberg lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes; diced
12 cucumbers; more diced if you want more cucumbers
1/2 cup red onion; diced
1 bottle Thousand Island Dressing

Instructions
Place minced meat in a pan and cook until the meat is browned.Allow fat to drain.
Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce. Place in a large bowl.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add to bowl and stir.Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Sliced cucumbers can be diced.
Look for cucumbers with a thicker slice. Add it to the bowl.
Chop the red onion and add it to the bowl.Add the minced meat to the bowl and mix with salad tongs.

Serve garnished with Thousand Island dressing. Optional: Sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds and/or grated
cheese.
