o Small carrots

o 1 potato

o 3 tablespoons Creole seasoning

o 1 tablespoon black pepper

o 2 tablespoons onion powder


o 1 tablespoon garlic powder

o 1 tablespoon celery chips

or 1 tablespoon parsley

or 1 cup water

How to prepare a pot of roast beef

1. Chop potatoes and carrots


2. Roast beef: season with the ingredients and fry in a pan over the heat

3. Place in a pot

4. Add a cup of water

5 .Add more Creole seasoning if desired and cover with aluminum foil

6. Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours


7. Remove the pan and add the carrots and potatoes

8. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour more minute. 30 minutes or as you like
