Cheesy Biscuit Bake with Pepper Topping
A beloved family recipe passed down through generations—fluffy golden biscuits baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce and finished with melted cheese and a peppery crust. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or cozy dinners!
Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream or whole milk

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

2. Arrange the Biscuits

Place the biscuits evenly in the baking dish.

If using large biscuits, leave a little space between them to allow expansion.
3. Add the Cream Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.

Pour evenly over the biscuits in the dish.
4. Top with Cheese & Pepper

Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over each biscuit.

5. Bake

Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
