Ingredients
° Canola oil for frying

° 12 Hot dogs of normal size and thickness
° 12 Hot dog or lollipop sticks, candy canes, wooden skewers, etc.
° 1 cup all-purpose flour
° 1 cup fine cornmeal
° Half a teaspoon of salt

° 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 large egg
°2 tablespoons honey
°1 cup milk
°Half a cup of milk
Instructions
Heat about 2 inches of oil in a large pot or pot to 350 degrees.
Prepare the hot dog by blotting it with a paper towel and inserting the sticks. Put aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and yeast. In another bowl or large liquid

and mix well. The mixture is thick but smooth enough to evenly coat the hot dog after dipping.
Fill a tall glass with noodles. Dip the entire hot dog into the cup, drop it, and roll it around in the cup.
When removing the hot dog, turn it over to avoid air bubbles.If you see bubbles or bare spots on the
sausage, dip it again.
Carefully place the breaded hot dog into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes until nicely browned on all
sides. Remove from oil and leave on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.If you have leftover dough,
you can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and use it to fry other dogs. Leftover dog can be
stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or frozen.
