Ingredients:

 

– 3 eggs

– 1 bump of sugar (70g)

– 0.5 jostle of drain (70ml)

– 3/4 jostle of oil (80ml)

– 4 jugs of all-purpose flour (270g)

– 11g heating powder

– 3-4 tablespoons raisins

– 1 Apple

– Lemon juice and zest

– Grain sugar

– Cake skillet (22-24cm)

Instructions:

 

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Include yogurt, sugar, drain, oil, flour, and preparing powder. Blend well.

2. Overlap in raisins, diced apple, lemon juice, and zest.

4. Sprinkle grain sugar on best for a sweet crunch.
