¼ cup milk
1 egg white, beaten
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Remove the pie crusts from the package and let them come to room temperature while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Pour the peach pie filling into a shallow bowl. Use a fork and knife to dice the peaches into smaller pieces. Add the cinnamon and mix until well combined. Set aside.
Step 3: Cut the Pie Crust
Unroll the pie crusts and use a 4-inch biscuit cutter to cut six circles from each crust. You may need to re-roll the scraps to get the final circle.

Step 4: Assemble the Pies
Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, place a small amount of peach filling in the center of each pie crust circle.
Fold each one in half and pinch the edges completely. Fold the pinched edges over and press with a fork to seal. Use a fork to poke a small hole in each hand pie to prevent bursting.
Step 5: Brush with Egg White and Bake
In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Brush it over the tops of each hand pie.
Place the pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping them about one inch apart. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6: Prepare the Glaze
While the pies are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a bowl until smooth.

Step 7: Glaze the Pies
Once the pies are done baking, remove them from the baking sheet while still warm. Carefully dip each pie into the glaze, ensuring it is fully coated.
Use two forks to flip each pie in the glaze and remove it carefully. Return the pies to the parchment paper and allow them to set for about five minutes.
Step 8: Serve and Enjoy
Enjoy these delicious fried peach pies warm or at room temperature. They pair perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of coffee!
