 Ingredients:

1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

1 tsp dried thyme or oregano

Juice of ½ lemon

 Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade:

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and dried thyme.

Add lemon juice and stir well to combine.

Season the Wings:

Wash and pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.

Toss the wings in the marinade until fully coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
