Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes



or 3 pounds russet potatoes, halved

or 2 tablespoons olive oil

or 5 cloves garlic, minced

or 1 teaspoon dried thyme


or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

or 1/3c grated Parmesan cheese

or kosher salt and fresh black pepper for flavor

or 2 teaspoons salted butter


or 2 teaspoons parsley leaves

How to Make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes


1. Turn the oven on to 400 degrees F and prepare the baking sheet by spraying it with nonstick spray

or greasing it with a layer of oil.

2. Halve the potatoes in a bowl.


3.Then add olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil and parmesan.

4. Season with salt and pepper, mix everything and distribute the potatoes evenly on the baking tray.

5. Next, place the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.Place the potatoes skin side up.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through so that it turns golden brown.

7. Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave for 1 minute before serving.
