– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

– 1 egg white

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat 1 egg white until fluffy. Add 2 teaspoons water and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and mix.4. Add 1 pound walnuts to the egg white mixture and stir to distribute

6.Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.

7. Bake at 120°C for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
