1 package cottage cheese, soft
1/2 cup heavy
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup chopped mango
1 banana, sliced
1 1/ 2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup shredded (pecans or pecans, optional)
Directions for Use

1. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until a smooth and creamy mixture is
obtained.
2. Stir in vanilla extract.
3. Carefully add chopped pineapple, mango, banana, coconut and hazelnuts, if using. Mix until well
combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a separate plate or bowl. Plastic crates.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
6. Remove it from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before serving so that it softens a little for ease of
serving.
