- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Grease silicone cups.
- Crack one egg into each cup and season with salt and pepper.
- Add 3 tbsp hot water over each egg.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, adjusting for desired doneness.
- Remove carefully and serve immediately.
Notes
Cook 6 minutes for runny yolks, 8 minutes for firmer.
Add herbs or spices for flavor.
Best eaten fresh, but can be stored briefly in cold water.
