- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape into 4–5 oval patties.
- Sear patties for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Make the gravy in the same skillet by whisking flour and butter, then adding beef broth and seasonings.
- Transfer patties to a baking dish and pour gravy over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Serve hot with sides of your choice.
