- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook ground beef in skillet, then add bacon, onions, condiments, and seasonings.
- Hollow out frozen tots and stuff with filling. Top with cheddar.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until crispy.
- Build “volcano” with leftover filling and mozzarella.
- Bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbling.
- Garnish with chives or bacon bits and serve hot.
Notes
Add jalapeños for spice or salsa for Tex-Mex flair.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze before baking for 1 month.
