Ingredients
  

  • For the Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • For the Cones
  • 24 frozen tater tots hollowed
  • For the Cheese Volcano
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Equipment

  • - Mixing bowls
  • Straw or small spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook ground beef in skillet, then add bacon, onions, condiments, and seasonings.
  2. Hollow out frozen tots and stuff with filling. Top with cheddar.
  3. Bake 15–20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Build “volcano” with leftover filling and mozzarella.
  5. Bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbling.
  6. Garnish with chives or bacon bits and serve hot.

Notes

Add jalapeños for spice or salsa for Tex-Mex flair.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze before baking for 1 month.
