Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • - 6 strips bacon
  • - 4 slices brioche bread
  • - 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • - 3 slices mozzarella cheese
  • - 3 slices provolone cheese
  • - 3 tbsp butter
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional

Equipment

  • - Non-stick skillet
  • - Spatula
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle garlic powder if desired.
  3. Layer cheeses and bacon on unbuttered side of bread.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. Grill sandwiches in skillet over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes each side.
  6. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored for up to 1 day in the fridge and reheated in a skillet.
