Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Skillet, mixing bowls, knife, spatula.

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, cheeses, eggs, mayo, flour, spices, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Form patties with 2 tbsp mixture each.
  3. Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Drain, serve hot with your favorite sauce.

Notes

Swap cheeses for variety.
Add grated zucchini or carrots for nutrition.
Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes if preferred.
