- Mix chicken, cheeses, eggs, mayo, flour, spices, and parsley in a bowl.
- Heat oil in skillet. Form patties with 2 tbsp mixture each.
- Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain, serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
Swap cheeses for variety.
Add grated zucchini or carrots for nutrition.
Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes if preferred.
