  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

  2. Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown beef and diced onion over medium-high heat. Add garlic at the end. Drain fat.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and cream.
  5. Add cheese and stir until fully melted.
  6. Add pasta to the skillet. Mix well.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
