Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 2 tbsp parsley or green onions
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, parsley, egg, and seasonings into dough.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into squares.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, brush with butter/oil.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm with dips.
