- - Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in flour to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and broth.
- Simmer sauce until slightly thickened. Add cream, cheeses, salt & pepper.
- Add pasta and chicken to sauce, stir well.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish. Top with extra cheese.
- Bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
