  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping Cool Whip

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Drain the pineapple thoroughly and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  4. Fold in the drained pineapple and whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Spoon into serving glasses or dish.
  6. Chill for 2 hours and serve cold.

Notes

Notes:
Use pineapple in juice, not syrup.
You can substitute whipped topping with stabilized whipped cream.
Great served with toasted coconut on top.
