- Instructions:
- Drain the pineapple thoroughly and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the drained pineapple and whipped topping until smooth.
- Spoon into serving glasses or dish.
- Chill for 2 hours and serve cold.

Notes:
Use pineapple in juice, not syrup.
You can substitute whipped topping with stabilized whipped cream.
Great served with toasted coconut on top.
