  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut zucchinis into sticks.
  4. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes
For a crispier texture, use an air fryer at 400°F for 10–12 minutes. Swap Parmesan with Pecorino Romano for a sharper taste.
