Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups dried unsweetened coconut flakes plus extra for garnish
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 20 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Method
 

  1. Combine coconut and condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Roll into smooth balls and freeze for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate and dip each ball until coated.
  4. Sprinkle with extra coconut and let set for 30 minutes.

Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for three months.
