  • 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 24 oz bag frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or basil optional

Method

  2. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Add uncooked rotini to the dish.
  4. Arrange frozen meatballs evenly on top.
  5. Pour in marinara sauce and water, then stir gently.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses on top, and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired.

Do not thaw the meatballs before baking. Use a deep dish to avoid overflow. For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or mushrooms.
