- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease loaf pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, oil, sour cream, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in peaches.
- Layer batter, cream cheese mixture, then batter again.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.

Notes:
Fresh peaches taste best, but canned or frozen work if drained well.
Add spices for warmth, glaze for extra sweetness, or coarse sugar for crunch.
