Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 large stalks celery diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper diced
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, red onion, and bell pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, feta, and dill together.
  3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
