Ingredients
  

  • - 3 large potatoes boiled and mashed
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 cup flour
  • - ½ cup warm milk
  • - 3 tbsp butter melted
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp sugar optional
  • - Oil or butter for frying

  • Potato masher, mixing bowl, rolling pin, frying pan

Method
 

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth.
  2. Mix with eggs, butter, milk, and sugar.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  5. Fry patties in hot oil until golden on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream or as a side dish.

Notes
