- Mix flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add water, form dough, chill 30 min.
- Cook beef and onions, season well.
- Roll pastry into circles, add filling.
- Fold over, crimp edges, brush with egg wash.

Notes
Chill pastry for best results.
Egg wash makes them glossy.
Freeze uncooked bridies for later.
