  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup milk

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Mix flour, baking powder, salt in another bowl.
  6. Alternate adding dry mixture and milk to butter mixture.
  7. Pour batter into pan, bake 35–40 mins.
  8. Cool before slicing.
