  • 12 oz cheese ravioli fresh or refrigerated
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in skillet with butter and oil until browned. Set aside.
  4. In same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add red pepper flakes (optional).
  7. Add steak and ravioli to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
  8. Simmer 1–2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Notes:
• Use high-quality steak for best results.
• Add mushrooms or spinach to enhance texture.
• Serve with garlic bread or a light side salad.
