- Instructions:
- Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in skillet with butter and oil until browned. Set aside.
- In same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add red pepper flakes (optional).
- Add steak and ravioli to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
- Simmer 1–2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
