  • tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt plus more to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp beef bouillon granules

Method

  3. Whisk in flour and cook 2–3 minutes until golden.
  4. Add onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  5. Slowly add broth and water while whisking.
  6. Stir in beef bouillon and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer 3–5 minutes until thick.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
