Ingredients
  

  • Brownies
  • - ½ cup butter softened
  • - 1 cup sugar
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • - ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • - 1 cup flour
  • ### Frosting
  • - 2 tbsp butter softened
  • - 3 tbsp milk
  • - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • - 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line pan with foil.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in cocoa and flour until just combined.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes.
  5. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth.
  6. Spread frosting over warm brownies, cool, cut, and serve.

Notes

- Store at room temp up to 3 days, or refrigerate 5 days.
- Freeze up to 2 months wrapped individually.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
