Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cubed butter in the baking dish and let it melt.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and Bisquick. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Set aside.
- Layer chicken, vegetables, onion, and Cheddar cheese over melted butter. Do not stir.
- Pour Bisquick mixture evenly over layers.
- Carefully pour soup-stock mixture over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Add herbs like parsley or thyme for extra flavor.
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Can substitute broccoli, peas, or corn for vegetables.
