Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

  • Medium saucepan
  • Bowl for mashing yolks
  • - Piping bag (optional)

Method
 

  1. Boil the eggs for 12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs, removing the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  5. Garnish with paprika and serve.

Notes

Add hot sauce or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
Use smoked paprika for extra flavor.
