Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat & Prepare – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Make the Sauce – In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, and spices. Stir until smooth.
  3. Assemble – Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread sauce generously on top.
  4. Bake – Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until golden and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve – Serve warm with a fresh side salad or vegetables for balance.

Notes

Lighten it up: Replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for fewer calories.
Cheesier version: Add mozzarella or cheddar on top before baking.
