- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, brewed coffee, sour cream, and oil.
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a platter.
- For ganache, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and milk, whisking until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans.
- Drizzle ganache over the cooled cake and serve.
