Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls, whisk, spatula, pie pan

Method
 

  1. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread mixture in crust.
  4. Mix coconut, pecans, condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Spread topping over pie.
  6. Chill 4 hours.
  7. Garnish & serve.

Notes

Best chilled overnight. Add shaved chocolate or pecans before serving.
