- Cut onion into “blooming” petals.
- Mix flour + seasonings. Whisk eggs + milk.
- Dredge onion in flour, egg wash, then flour again.
- Fry in hot oil (375°F) until golden and crispy.
- Mix sauce ingredients.

Notes
Best with large sweet onions.
Can be air-fried for lighter version.
