- Instructions:
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.

- Stir in Rotel, taco seasoning, and ½ cup water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with beef mixture.
- Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
