  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 12 taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Queso sauce
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in Rotel, taco seasoning, and ½ cup water.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Fill taco shells with beef mixture.
  7. Add desired toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra spice, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
