Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage until browned. Drain and cool.
  2. Mix sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line sheet with parchment.
  4. Place 1 tbsp filling on crescent triangle, roll tightly.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Can be frozen unbaked. Try with different cheeses or veggies.
