Shrimp Scampi Bake

A creamy, cheesy baked twist on the classic shrimp scampi with lemon, garlic, and herbs. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Juice & zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup white wine optional
  • Salt pepper, red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • ¼ cup parsley

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish, skillet, grater, mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter & oil, cook shrimp until pink, set aside.
  3. Simmer broth, cream, lemon juice, zest, and wine. Season well.
  4. Return shrimp, toss in sauce, transfer to baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese & parsley, bake until golden (10–12 min).
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or bread.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Add vegetables for extra flavor.
