Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease baking dish.
- Sauté garlic in butter & oil, cook shrimp until pink, set aside.
- Simmer broth, cream, lemon juice, zest, and wine. Season well.
- Return shrimp, toss in sauce, transfer to baking dish.
- Top with cheese & parsley, bake until golden (10–12 min).
- Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Add vegetables for extra flavor.
