- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In bowl, combine beef, bread, onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire in small bowl.
- Pour sauce into beef mixture, mix, and shape into loaf. Place in pan.
- Bake 55 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing into 5 portions.
