- Mix warm milk and yeast with sugar; let activate.
- In a bowl, combine flour, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla, and yeast mixture.
- Add butter and knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles. Let rest 20 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides. Cool on paper towels.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff. Prepare custard and strawberries.
- Slice donuts halfway. Pipe in custard, cream, and strawberries. Dust with powdered sugar.
